Just In Time

Once the decision to move to Boston was final we decided that we would just baby proof our new home.  Nora is definitely on the go and we are getting out of here just in time.  She pulls her legs underneath her and will be doing a full on army crawl any day now.  Our lives are going to change very quickly.  Our "buddha baby" is showing her lion/dragon qualities lately and wants to explore everything.....right now.  Benna isn't quite as interested in crawling as she was previously.  Maybe it's all the babbling she is doing.  What great sounds she makes.  I have been quite busy with reducing our possessions as we are losing our garage and 150 sq ft in our new home.  It's going well, but I have a very long to do list as expected.  Ted's last day at Amazon was Friday.  It was a sad day for him as his team celebrated his efforts with a night out.  They even made him photo book with lots of memories they shared as well as heartfelt well wishes.  We are very grateful for the opportunities Amazon has afforded us, but are looking forward to a new chapter in our lives as well.  Our departure flights are booked for February 23rd.  Until then our time will be spent taking turns napping (the girls have been waking some in the night), sorting things, packing for living in a hotel for 2 weeks, doing consulting work and visiting with friends.
