Reunion at the Beach

We are back home in frigid Concord and missing the warm weather already.  Before we left Florida Grandpa Yitz and Dad returned and we all went to the beach together.  We brought our own shade which appealed to Grandma.

Pool Day

We finally visited Grandma's pool!  Nora didn't feel like participating, but Brenna was kicking like a frog.

Car Show

Today we walked to the Antique Car Show and had a picnic lunch.  The girls were quite the stars there.  

Library & Playground

The library is a few short blocks from Grandma's and they even have a play kitchen which was more interesting then the story time on this "chilly" morning.  The playground was super fun in the afternoon as well as helping Grandma in the kitchen.

The Beach!

Before Ted departed we took a family trip to the beach.  The girls loved it.  Nora was fearless as usual getting in the water and drinking it.  Brenna was more timid, but enjoyed chasing the birds and playing with the sand.  We miss Dad and are counting the days until he comes back!

Splash Park

The public splash park is only a two block walk from Grandma and Grandpa Kwartler's condo.  What a ball we had today!

We Love Florida

I think we may have started our first family tradition....coming to Florida every winter!  We are having a ball soaking in the sun, running around outside at the nearby toddler park, and of course Grandma Trish took us to Target to get a new bike. Molly the Beagle is the sweetest and most patient dog.  The girls adore her. Brenna has also discovered a love for clean, unused dog beds.  

Water Play

We are going a little stir crazy with this long harsh winter.  Water play is a favorite activity lately.  More of that will happen in FL.  The latest storm delayed our trip, but hopefully we will leave soon with minimal chaos.  We are excited to visit with Grandma Trish, Grandpa Yitz, and Molly the Beagle in 80 degree weather!

The Fridge

Sorry for any confusion.....the blog will continue and I'm staying right here.  Dakota the babysitter was our blog guest author and she went back to college.  We miss her already!

The girls love exploring in the fridge.  They take all the bottles out of the shelves in the door and one day they discovered some lemons.  They wanted to taste them and they ate an entire half each!
